Animals photobomb vintage portraits

Anja Wülfing has a knack for combining the antiquated with the absurd, painting colourful creatures on turn-of-the-century photos.
Wülfing began to introduce these “visitors”, as she calls them, nearly three years ago after finding a vintage portrait of a couple inside an old frame she bought on eBay.
