Kim should be charged for crimes against humanity
Compiled from a year's worth of testimony from former residents of North Korea, Judge Michael Kirby's report into human rights abuses by Pyongyang runs to some 372 pages. As he put it:
"I have been a judge for a very long time and I'm pretty hardened to testimony. But the testimony... brought tears to my eyes on several occasions." Here are a selection of the abuses that he personally found most disturbing.
