The Windmills of Your Mind by Michel Legrand - Ferzzo (cover)



Neno Kos, better known by his stage name Ferzzo is a guitar player, singer, songwriter. Born on February 11, 1971, in Koprivnica, Croatia. He got his start as a professional guitarist as a teenager in the early 1980s, and his hard rock-influenced playing and commanding technique began to attract attention. He was a largely self taught guitarist who developed his skills through attempts to match the skill of his idols, who included Ritchie Blackmore, Mark Knopfler, Gary Moore, Eddie Van Halen, Yngwie Malmsteen. He is known for his complex, sometimes classically influenced solos. His solos have remained of this style for most of his career, but he has incorporated various techniques into his playing over the years. In addition to his talents as a guitarist he was also a singer and songwriter. Ferzzo debuted on the national scene with the rock band “Crno Perje” in 1996, appearing on that band’s album “Navali narode” . During 10 years, band was pretty successful and released two albums. The second, “Jet Set” was beginning of the end of the bend. Ferzzo left the band in the year of 2006. Band broke apart nearly after that. Later in 2006 he moved to Zagreb where started to play with Tomislav Hajak and Nikola Matić. They established “Melodic Trip” .
