Documenting dementia.

Despite the intense emotion of the visit, Phillip Toledano came away from Beatitudes with a positive conclusion: “These people still mattered. In a culture where the elderly are considered inconvenient, it was a thing of beauty to see them cradled, with gentleness and love, until their end.”
