Double Olympic gold medalist Mo Farah was left bemused during a gaffe-filled interview when a U.S. television news anchor mistook him for an amateur athlete.
Viewers were left cringing when LaTonya Norton on WDSU spoke to the British Olympian after he won a half-marathon in New Orleans on Sunday, and asked: 'Haven't you run before?'
Farah appeared stunned by the foolish question, and paused briefly before asking 'sorry?',
as if he misheard the journalist.
