A Japanese inventor has created the Tailly - a strap on tail for humans that wags when the wearer becomes excited. The Tailly is fitted with sensors that monitor the wearer's pulse rate, so the faster the heart beat, the more it wags. When you calm down it swings more slowly. Shota Ishiwatari, who designed the bizarre gadget, is hoping the Tailly will become the must-have accessory for 2013.
