Two Croats arrested for downloading movies and games from internet

"Two men from Kastela on Croatia's Dalmatian coast were arrested for piracy on the internet, one of the first arrests made of this type in Croatia, reported daily 24sata. Luxembourg Interpol discovered the pair downloading material from the internet by chance whilst they were investigating another matter. They then notified the Croatian police who arrested the 39-year-old and 36-year-old men. The pair are charged with unauthorised downloading of a few movies, computer games and Microsoft Office. The companies Dream Works, Electronic Arts and Microsoft have been listed as complainants in the case. The arrests, are considered to be one of the first of this kind in Croatia and unusual as the pair were not distributing or selling downloaded games or movies and were not downloading illicit content such as child pornography. They have been remanded at large whilst they face court action. "
