Royal family rejected life-size porcelain doll of the Queen as a toddler claiming she was 'too fat'

 "A replica live-size porcelain doll of the Queen that was rejected by the Royal Family because it was 'too fat' has gone on sale.

The rare 'prototype' doll was made by the famous Schoenau and Hoffmeister in Germany is two foot tall with bright blue eyes and curly blonde locks.

But the young Princess Elizabeth doll never made it into production after being dropped due to the Royal Family insisting it 'wasn't pretty enough'."
