Kitten rescued from three-inch pipe

"A member of the public brought the three-inch metal tube into the fire department after hearing the trapped animal's cries.
Firefighters used a mechanical pipe cutter to gently free the kitten, which they named 'Piper'.
'Piper' has since been adopted by a local television station employee."
