Croatian jazz icon BOSKO PETROVIC has died at the age of 75.

"The musician passed away in Zagreb on Monday (10Jan11).
Petrovic enjoyed a career spanning over seven decades, during which he founded the Zagreb Jazz Quartet and later his own jazz club and record company.
He performed largely in eastern Europe but also played with global artists Clark Terry, Buck Clayton and Ernie Willkins.
Paying tribute to the late star in a letter of condolence to his family, Croatian president Ivo Josipovic hailed him as a 'jazz icon of European importance'."
