How PM Sanader Stole Christmas!
"The Croatian Cabinet has made a conclusion that will effect all budget users, and trade associations owned and mostly owned by the state. The cabinet is forcing them to take measures of saving.
In that aim the cabinet has banned buying Christmas and New Years’ presents, as well as the organization of Christmas and New Year lunches. They have also committed budget users and state owned companies to rationalise their expenses, especially maximally reducing representation expenses. These are the measures that premier Ivo Sanader announced.
He said that the funds for the mentioned functions cannot be reallocated for other things, because then that would not be saving.
