Anna Vasilevna, 84, sits in her home with her dog, Doll, in Nevelske, Ukraine.
She receives a pension of €100 (£83) a month and lives with her disabled son, Serhii, 56.
They have lived without water, gas or electricity for eight years.
She has been injured three times and has partially lost her sight.
