An Italian married couple were killed when  businessman Tomislav Horvatinčić‘s cruiser collided with their yacht. After the verdict Horvatinčić went from the courtroom with a suspended sentence for causing fatal nautical accident. It means that as long as Horvatinčić does not commit another criminal act in the next three years, he will not have to serve out this sentence.
