Today we celebrate Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day and the Day of Croatian Defenders

 Today is a public holiday in Croatia which is held as a memorial to War of Independence.
 On that date before 20th years the Croatian Army liberated the city of Knin during Operation Storm.
