A police officer in McKinney, which is some 30 miles outside of Dallas, has been placed on administrative leave after a video was posted online that appears to show him being unnecessarily aggressive with a group of black teenagers. Police arrived at a community pool on Friday when several callers reported “multiple juveniles at the location, who did not live in the area or have permission to be there, refusing to leave,” according to the local ABC affiliate.
The video that was being shot by a bystander shows one white officer in particular yelling loudly at a group of black teenagers and chasing them particularly vigorously.
