Swedish artist allowed to have self-portrait instead of a photograph on his driving licence

Fredrik Säker painted his self-portrait, took a photo of it and sent it in to the Swedish Transport Agency when the time came to renew his driving licence. The 29-year-old tricked staff at the Swedish Transport Agency when he sent in the painted photo and it was given the official seal of approval.
