Gaddafi's admiration of former Secretary of State Rice doesn't come as a total shock, as he's expressed fondness for her in the past: in a 2007 interview with Al Jazeera he called her "Leezza" and also referred to her as "my darling black African woman." He also noted that he was "very proud of the way she leans back and gives orders to the Arab leaders."
However, this album suggests that his admiration goes way beyond foreign politics. Way beyond."
