This bizarre mutant lemon has given environmentalists the pip in Italy where it's grown wild next to a toxic rubbish dump.
Italy is in the middle of a trash crisis as hundreds of tons of domestic and industrial waste pile up as the government attempts to break the Mafia's hold on the industry.
Now environmental experts say the country's plants and wildlife - like this lemon found in Terzigno - are paying the price for the pollution.
Scientists at the University of Naples are currently testing the fruit, which already has its own Facebook page.
"For decades the Mafia has been dumping toxic waste rather than dispose of it. Now it's piling up all over the country and there is no escaping the consequences," said one expert.
