MILIVOJ ĆERAN (illustrator) was born in Zagreb on October 21, 1978. He graduated from The School of Applied Arts where he majored in painting and in 1997 enrolled at The Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, Department for Conservation and Restoration of Paintings, and graduated in july 2003.
Illustrations are mostly in fantasy/myth/medevial genre.

He has created illustrations for publishers: Templar (UK), Scholastic (UK), Penguin Books (Australia), Christian Focus Publications(UK), Bager (UK), Algoritam, (Cro), Golden Marketing, Naša djeca, National geographic junior, Školska knjiga... .

He is winner of the "SFERA" ("Sphere") award for illustrations in "Faeries in the Works of Croatian Writers" picture book.

.Since 2004 he has been a member of "Red Srebrnog Zmaja" ("Order of The Silver Dragon") fantasy-medieval association, where he works as an instructor in the chainmail workshop. Since may 2006. he is vice -president.

He is member of the Croatian Association of Applied Arts Artists (ULUPUH).
He works as a paintings restoration and painting techniques teacher at The School of Applied Arts, Zagreb , Croatia .
