Injured bird Sisso gets harness so he can learn to fly again

He may be a Swift. But after damaging a wing, Sisso struggled to get anywhere quickly after losing his ability to fly.

Now, seven months after being brought to an Israeli animal hospital, the little bird is able to take to the air again– albeit with the help of a special safety harness.

Fitting snugly into a red tube-like vest made of bandages and gauze pads, Sisso has holes for his head, wings, feet and tail.
