Fun in the Sun

Celebrities always use the beach as a place to show off their beauty, their latest look, or to promote a new record or film. For many a youngster catching snaps in supermarket mags was once the only way they would get a glimpse of some famous hotshot movie star without their clothes on.
The following is a selection of some of our more iconic stars showing off whatever they’ve got to offer on the beach.

Russians have taken to the water for an inflatable festival in the city’s 300th Anniversary Park, but not for long. Their vessels may be many and varied, and some not even inflatable, but they have one quality in common – they all look decidedly unseaworthy.

Adorable Quoll

Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, but everyone knows “cute” when they see it.
You can’t miss it in eastern quolls, adorable little spotted marsupials that are native to Australia.
In March 2018, 20 quolls were transplanted from Tasmania to the mainland of Australia, where they went extinct 50 years ago.
Meet the Aussie natives that are as bold as they are beguiling.

Greeting Cards for These Trying Times

It’s hard to shop for a greeting card when it feels like the world is ending. You’ll be looking for a card that says, “Life is fine, minus this nagging sense of incipient doom,” but all you see at the store are cheery platitudes.
When this happens, go down to the basement of your local pharmacy, where—on a rusty metal rack, under a flickering fluorescent bulb—you’ll find these more realistic greeting cards for sale.
