Imagine this. It's 2nd November, 2020. A confident Donald Trump is in the final stages of campaigning for re-election. It's the day before the country heads to the polls, and Trump is courting the vote in no fewer than 20 states. He's everywhere, frankly. It's The Donald, multiplied. Using holograms, he's able to speak everywhere at once.
 But Kanye West has other ideas. Keeping, as we all knew he would, to his 2016 promise to run for office, the rapper hasn't bothered to leave the house. Instead, a fleet of drones is swarming across the country, dropping "Yes we Kanye!" to confused, slightly scared voters below.
Watching all this is Mark Zuckerberg. He's working on PresiBot - an artificial intelligence being which, my time-travelling sources have assured me, rises to glorious power in 2032. Like?

Croatia's PM Urges Both his Deputies to Quit

 Oreskovic's call was promptly rejected by the leader of the Croatian Democratic Union, Tomislav Karamarko, who said he was surprised by the prime minister's decision. Most leader Bozo Petrov said he was ready to resign but insisted Karamarko should too. After Prime Minister called on deputy prime ministers Tomislav Karamarko and Božo Petrov to resign,Zoran Milanović (SDP) said that the new elections will be held in September.
 The Croatian parliament is due to hold a no-confidence vote over Karamarko's alleged conflict of interest by June 18.
 Croatia's fragile coalition government has been rocked since the weekly newspaper Nacional reported in May that Karamarko’s wife, Ana Saric Karamarko, had received over 60,000 euros for alleged counselling service from a lobbyist for Hungarian energy company MOL, a company in dispute with Croatia.

 

Muhammad Ali, 'the Greatest', dies aged 74

 Muhammad Ali, the three-time heavyweight champion who proclaimed himself “The Greatest”, defied the US government over the Vietnam war, and later became one of the most well-known – and loved – sportsmen in history has died, his family spokesperson has said. He was 74.

Man’s Best Friend May Have Been Domesticated Twice

A new study suggests that humans in two different parts of the world independently domesticated wolves to produce our lovable modern pooches. The study, published in the journal Science, was what the researchers call “a dogged investigation of domestication.” The international team of scientists sequenced DNA of ancient and modern dogs and found that two different wolf populations on two different sides of Eurasia may both be ancestors of the modern canine. This means that humans in both Asia and Europe may have separately tamed dogs—and could solve longstanding confusion over why modern-day dogs seem to be a mixture of both East and West.

Vitruvian Man Action Figure

Leonardo da Vinci sketched an aeshetic concept which suggested that the ideal human proportions are particular fractions that can fit within a square lying over a circle. This was in keeping with design principles established by the Roman architect Vitruvius. Hence Leonardo's famous image is called Virtruvian Man. Rocket News 24 reports that Figma, the Japanese toymaker which previously brought us action figures shaped like the Venus de Milo and Michelangelo's David, now offers Leonardo's Vitruvian Man as an action figure.
